Qualification Training Only — $250

Complete the required DOT collector instruction covering 49 CFR Part 40 procedures, documentation, problem collections, and collector responsibilities.

Proficiency Demonstration — $300

Already completed qualification training? Complete the required five consecutive error-free mock collections with a qualified monitor and receive documentation of successful completion.

Collector Refresher Training — $200

Maintain your DOT collector qualification with five-year refresher training covering required procedures, regulatory updates, and proficiency demonstrations.

Error Correction Training — $150
