
FINRA fingerprinting is required for broker-dealers, registered representatives, and other securities professionals as part of regulatory background checks. WeAssure provides professional ink fingerprinting services using FD-258 cards accepted for FINRA submissions.

If your sponsoring firm or compliance department has instructed you to complete FINRA fingerprinting, this service is designed to meet those requirements.

Fingerprinting is completed in accordance with FINRA submission requirements, including proper card handling, required fields, and print quality standards. Fingerprints are captured using the current FD-258 card format accepted for FINRA submissions.
While WeAssure does not control processing or review timelines, appointments are conducted to help ensure fingerprints are suitable for submission under current FINRA guidelines.


Appointments are available for individual applicants as well as multiple registrants coordinated by a firm or sponsor. Scheduling can accommodate small groups when several individuals are required to complete FINRA fingerprinting during the same timeframe.

While our fingerprinting process remains consistent across services, FINRA submissions require heightened attention to accuracy and compliance to avoid delays or rejections.
