WeAssure Screening Services provides on-site group fingerprinting for organizations that need multiple employees fingerprinted efficiently, accurately, and with minimal disruption to operations.

This service is designed for situations where fingerprinting is required due to regulatory, access, licensing, or compliance requirements, and completing the process individually would be time-consuming or impractical.

Six tiers scaled by group size, with per-staff rates ranging from $20.00 to $39.50.

TIER TOTALS ARE CAPPED TO NEVER EXCEED THE STARTING TOTAL OF THE NEXT TIER

Tier One: 2 - 4 Staff: $79.00-$158.00 ($39.50 per staff) 

Well suited for small executive teams or single-department hires

Tier Two: 5 - 9 Staff: $173.75-$305.00 ($34.75 per staff) 

Well suited for small business onboarding or specialized license renewals

Tier Three: 10 - 19 Staff: $305.00-$540.00 ($30.50 per staff) 

Well suited for mid-sized team expansions, annual compliance audits, or seasonal workforce cohorts.

Tier Four: 20 - 29 Staff: $540.00-$705.00 ($27.00 per staff) 

Well suited for regional office onboarding, multi-department compliance updates

Tier Five: 30 - 49 Staff: $705.00-$1,000.00 ($23.50 per staff) 

Well suited for new-hire cohorts or company-wide updates

Tier Six: 50+ Staff: $1,000.00+ ($20.00 per staff) 

Well suited for large facility hiring events or full-scale contractor clearings

• Multiple staff members must submit fingerprints at the same time
  
•  Fingerprinting is required for federal access, agency clearance, or facility requirements
  
• Employees must submit fingerprints for out-of-state licensing or compliance
  
• A new contract, tenant, or authority introduces fingerprinting requirements
  
  If fingerprinting was recently mandated by an external agency or authority, this service is built for that situation.

• A designated area where staff can be processed consecutively
• Each staff member must bring a valid government-issued photo ID
  
  We provide all materials required to complete the service.
